I see a lot of women in dead end relationships and wonder why they ever got into it in the first place. And I have decided that it's usually so that they can indulge in all the temporary madnesses and then create/thrive on eternal loves – the ones that “could have been” but were not. Eternal loves may have been the dumpers or the dumpees. The important thing is to generate the right kind of eternal love. one size does not fit all.
This may or may not be a work of fiction. Names, characters, places and incidents could possibly be the products of the author's imagination. Any resemblance to actual persons, businesses, events, or locales need not necessarily be entirely coincidental. In short, whatever I write, I write. What does it matter eitherways? I usually tend to talk about gender issues, parenting, books, movies, stuff that catches my fancy...

Are you fit for our family?
I just realised that the whole arranged marriage thing that we have going in our country is a by-product of the need for control within the family. Being a patriarchal set-up, the family tries to find brides from other families that are socio-economically as similar to themselves as possible. Any differences in outlook and lifestyles are altered by the traditionally lower status accorded to the bride and her family. The bride's choices are almost always subjugated to the groom's family's choices.
